In 2020 Paulina released Healthy Kitchen Habits, an e-book filled with recipes, with the internationally renowned fitness and health influencer Hanna Öberg.
Invited to Sveriges Radio - Sweden’s Public Radio
Paulina has been on Sveriges Radio - Sweden’s public radio station numerous times, both on P4 Gothenburg and P4 Karlavagnen.
Winner of cooking competition Mataam 2019
As the youngest contestant Paulina won the first season of the Swedish food cooking competition and TV show Mataam in 2019.
Finalist Peoples Choice - Swedish Food Awards
Paulina was amongst 10 other the finalist in the category Peoples Choice in the prestigious Swedish Food Awards in both 2020 and 2019.
And that’s not all…
Paulina’s recipes have throughout the years been published in various Swedish and international food magazines. She has collaborated with various brands and companies such as Zeta, Olympus Camera, Barebells, Max Hamburger, Kopparbergs and Chiquita Bananas. In 2018 Paulina was also the finalist as Food Instagrammer of the Year by Sweden’s largest Food Magazine, Allt om Mat. During the same year, she was also named the fourth best food blogger in Sweden by Cision. The years before that Paulina was named as one of the Best Food Bloggers in Sweden by Ingredient Matchmaker (2017), and one of the Best Food Bloggers by Swedish food magazine Mitt Kök (2016).
