Chocolate is the answer. Who cares what the question is!

Last but definitely not least for 2020, is this fantastic, delicious and simply made 3 ingredients chocolate fudge! This chocolate fudge melts entirely in your mouth when eating It, no joke, and I love this so much. If you are just like me and love the combination of chocolate and salt, then I’d also like to recommend you to garnish the chocolate fudge with a little bit of sea salt.

It doesn’t really matter what you’ll be doing for New Years. It looks like I’ll just stay home and be with my hubby, and probably go to sleep right after midnight. This year it doesn’t matter. As long as I have my loved one and some chocolate fudge, I’m more than happy! You should try out this combination too.

3-Ingredient Chocolate Fudge

INGREDIENTS:

100 g dark chocolate

100 g walnut butter, peanut butter, almond butter or tahini

1 tbsp agave syrup or maple syrup*

HOW TO MAKE:

  • Boil some water in a big skillet or pour the water into a big heat resistant bowl afterwards.

  • Place the chocolate in a heat resistant bowl, and place that bowl into the hot water. Melt the chocolate. Stir around now and then with a spoon.

  • Add the nut butter and syrup and combine. Stir around to a completely creamy texture.

  • Line a small rectangular pan and pour the mixture into the pan. Spread it out evenly.

  • Place in the freezer for approx 20’ or in the fridge for a longer time.

  • Cut into slices before serving. If you want to you can also add some sea salt on top of it.

NOTES:

  • If you are choosing to not use a dark chocolate or possibly use a dark chocolate but that is sweetened (sweetened with sugar or with sweetening like stevia is your choice), you can just exclude the syrup. It’s not necessary then.

  • All nut butters or tahini have various flavors so the flavor of the truffle can vary a bit depending on which butter you pick.
