3-Ingredient Chocolate Fudge

INGREDIENTS:

100 g dark chocolate

100 g walnut butter, peanut butter, almond butter or tahini

1 tbsp agave syrup or maple syrup*

HOW TO MAKE:

  • Boil some water in a big skillet or pour the water into a big heat resistant bowl afterwards.

  • Place the chocolate in a heat resistant bowl, and place that bowl into the hot water. Melt the chocolate. Stir around now and then with a spoon.

  • Add the nut butter and syrup and combine. Stir around to a completely creamy texture.

  • Line a small rectangular pan and pour the mixture into the pan. Spread it out evenly.

  • Place in the freezer for approx 20’ or in the fridge for a longer time.

  • Cut into slices before serving. If you want to you can also add some sea salt on top of it.

NOTES:

  • If you are choosing to not use a dark chocolate or possibly use a dark chocolate but that is sweetened (sweetened with sugar or with sweetening like stevia is your choice), you can just exclude the syrup. It’s not necessary then.

  • All nut butters or tahini have various flavors so the flavor of the truffle can vary a bit depending on which butter you pick.
