Banana Peanut Butter Chocolate Bars
Do you love banana recipes? Then you have to try this out.
I love recipes that are simple to make, tastes delicious and that actually consists of nutritious ingredients at the same time. My Banana Peanut Butter Chocolate Bars is all of that and so much more. I just combined all of the ingredients together, spread it out in an oven pan, baked it in the oven and… wow, so delicious! It gets that perfect banana-peanut butter flavor and at the same time has that gooey, melted texture in the middle from the chocolate. I love this so much, and you have to try it out too!
Good to know:
It’s important to use bananas that are ripe. Those bananas that are ripe, have brown dots and many people - sadly - choose to throw away, are actually great for this recipe. Because, those ripe bananas are the sweetest banans in flavor and softest bananas in texture, and create the most delicious dessert. So don’t throw away ripe and a little bit brown bananas. They are loved when making healthier baking like this one!
Are you guten intolerant? Then it is absolutely ok to use completely gluten free oats or oat flour for this recipe.
If you don’t have any oat flour, you simple just mix your oats in a blender for a few minutes until it has become flour. Simple!
I used dark chocolate chips for this recipe (vegan) but you can use optional kind. If you don’t have chocolate chips, you can instead chop chocolate into smaller pieces and add that instead.

NOTE:
If not having agave syrup you can also use ordinary syrup, maple syrup or honey. If using honey though, it won’t stay vegan.
If not having oat flour at home but having rolled oats, simply mix the oats for a few minutes in a blender to flour. You choose if you want to have it gluten free or not.
