Coconut Chocolate Balls
18-20 pieces
INGREDIENTS:
150 g Greek Yoghurt
200 g shredded coconut
Approx 70 g honey or agave syrup
approx 150 g chocolate
HOW TO MAKE:
Combine yoghurt, coconut and honey or agave syrup in a bowl thoroughly.
Press a little bit of the mixture (approx 1-2 tbsp) in your hand to stick the mixture together and then form a ball. Keep doing this with the whole mixture and place them all on a plate.
Place the coconut balls in the fridge for at least 10 minute so they set a bit.
Meanwhile melt your chocolate, preferably, placing the chocolate in a hot resistant bowl over simmering hot water. Melt it thoroughly until completely creamy.
Then, dip the balls, one at a time, in the melted chocolate and then let the coconut balls set on a lined plate with baking paper, preferably in the fridge.
