Fibre Avocado Toast
You’re the avocado to my toast.
Some of the most simple recipes are sometimes the most delicious. Have you ever tried the combination avocado + tomato + basil? Oh if you haven’t, please do! This is actually one of my favorite flavor combinations, and this on a roasted toast in combination with a little bit of herb salt (or sea salt) is like a match made in heaven. I love this avocado toast, I hope you will too!

Fibre Avocado Toast
1 toast
INGREDIENTS:
1 fibre toast
1/2 ripped avocado
1/2 tomato or 2-3 cherry tomatoes
Some fresh basil
Sea salt or herb salt
HOW TO MAKE:
Roast a fibre toast.
Mash a ripped avocado and spread out the mash on the toast.
Slice a tomato and garnish the toast with the tomato, finely chopped fresh basil and sea salt or herb salt. Done!
