Greek Breakfast at its finest.

After eating loads of sweets and treats during the winter period, I can’t exactly say I’ve stopped eating them, but I have definitely now - during spring and summer season decreased the refined sweets and gone for more clean and natural sweets. I have really missed fresh veggies, fruits and fresh foods during the winter season, they really don’t taste good at all in Sweden! This breakfast is all of that - fresh - and reminds me so much of the typical Greek breakfast we always ate in Greece during the summers with Greek yoghurt, honey and walnuts. Today I have made a version of this - a vegan version - with fruits in season right now.

So for breakfast today we have vegan thick yoghurt (form Oatly), agave syrup, walnuts, pomegranate seeds and passion fruit. Simple, healthy, great breakfast and so yummy!
