Stuffed Dates

INGREDIENTS:

10 Fresh dates

approx 10 tsp of optional nut butter or tahini

approx 50 g of dark Chocolate

Sea Salt

HOW TO MAKE:

  • Pitt the dates. Fill each date with approx 1 tsp. If you want to, melt the chocolate over water bath and ripple over the chocolate. End with sea salt.

  • Place them a bit in the freezer so they set, and then dig in.

NOTES:

  • It’s totally fine to increase or decrease the amount in this recipe. I have made the recipe after using 10 dates, but you can choose the amount of dates you want to do by yourself.

  • You can have them stored in the freezer for a few days.
