Nut Butter Stuffed Dates with Rippled Chocolate and Sea Salt

Well, the heading says it all. Did you start drooling at reading it? I don’t judge, I probably would too, because this small, simple and yet delicious snack is the best. I have made this so many times and it is one of my absolute favorite snacks. What are you waiting for, let’s make this all together!

Stuffed Dates
INGREDIENTS:
10 Fresh dates
approx 10 tsp of optional nut butter or tahini
approx 50 g of dark Chocolate
Sea Salt
HOW TO MAKE:
Pitt the dates. Fill each date with approx 1 tsp. If you want to, melt the chocolate over water bath and ripple over the chocolate. End with sea salt.
Place them a bit in the freezer so they set, and then dig in.
NOTES:
It’s totally fine to increase or decrease the amount in this recipe. I have made the recipe after using 10 dates, but you can choose the amount of dates you want to do by yourself.
You can have them stored in the freezer for a few days.
