Oven Roasted Banana with Dark and White Chocolate

One of the most commonly asked question I get from you guys is about desserts - healthy and simple to make desserts that doesn’t consists of too complicated ingredients. Your wish is my command, and today I want to give you all of that in a recipe. This recipe is suiting for everyone, no matter how much cooking knowledge you have since before. This is oven roasted banana with dark and white chocolate, ice cream and a pinch of sea salt. Yummy!

Oven Roasted Banan with Chocolate, Ice Cream and Sea Salt
2 servings
INGREDIENTS:
2 ripped bananas
2 tsp agave syrup
Dark chocolate
White chocolate
2-4 scoops of optional ice cream (preferably with taste of vanilla, chocolate or caramel)
A pinch of sea salt
HOW TO MAKE:
Heat oven to 225 degrees.
Cut a small cut in the bananas and place the bananas in a baking pan. Grill the bananas in the oven for approx 10'.
Serve the bananas on a beautiful tray/ plate and ripple over some syrup in the cut. Then tipple over the melted dark and white chocolate. Spread over a little bit of seas salt and serve with optional ice cream.
Then you have a wonderful dessert for New Years! Ps. You are obviously. not eating the banana peel - only the banana inside. ;)
