Vegan Simple Hot Cocoa

Hot Cocoa is like a Hug from the Inside

How to make the most simple hot cocoa/ chocolate with three ingredients you probably have in your kitchen anyway? I’m going to tell you all about it. If you want to add rich plant based whip cream and some powdered cocoa on top too, I won’t stop you. I personally believe toppings make any dish a whole lot better. Add cookie pieces, marshmallows or chocolate pieces too and you have created PER-FEC-TION! This season is all about drinking

Let me tell you a secret!

Today I’m going to share one simple (like, SUPER simple) way of getting your plant based whip cream a lot more richer and thick as ordinary whipping cream. I have tried using this trick on plant based whipping creams of various kinds, and it really helps making the whipping cream a lot more “whipped” and rich. So what do you do? While whipping the whipped cream, and just a little bit of baking powder and whip everything together with an electrical whip. That’s it. I don’t know what kind of chemical process the baking powder does to the cream, but it really helps the cream become super rich and thick (if that’s your desire). I can’t promise this works on all whipping creams out there since I haven’t tested them all, but on all whipping cream I have used, it really helps!
