Vegan Brownie Balls

Brownie is always a good idea…

But eating brownie every single day won’t be healthy longterm. Why don’t we instead, make a more nutritious option that tastes so much chocolate, is rich, simple to make and delicious too? Yes, all of this is possible and that is the reason why I want to give you all today my Vegan Brownie Balls. They kinda look like meatballs in the photos but they' really are super delicious and gooey in real life. You better try them out!

Be sure you use a food processor that is of good quality and is strong. This one from Philips for instance is a good choice (adlink).


THIS RECIPE IS:

  • Vegan

  • Gluten Free

  • Simple to make

  • Very chocolatey and brownie-like

  • The perfect snack

  • Great when having a sweet tooth


Vegan Brownie Balls

INGREDIENTS:

10 pitted soft dates

0.5 cups walnuts

1 tbsp coconut oil

1.5 tbsp cocoa powder

A pinch of sea salt

A pinch of real vanilla powder

0.75 dl rolled oats

1-2 tbsp water

HOW TO MAKE:

  • Place all ingredients in a food processor and mix.

  • Roll balls of the mixture and place in the fridge for 20’ so they set a bit. Serve!
