3 ingredient Nut and Chocolate Bites

3 Ingredient Nut and chocolate Bites 1.JPG

3 ingredient pleasure coming your way!

You only need 3 ingredients to make this delicious but oh so simple recipe - chocolate, nut butter and chopped nuts. That’s it! This recipe is so practical to make when you don’t have much time left but still want to eat something delicious - by yourself or when you have guests coming over! Have these small treats stored in the freezer until serving. You can have them stored for a while in the freezer… incase you don’t end up eating all at once. I have done that!

Did you know this about dark chocolate?

When you use dark chocolate (over 70%) it most often means that the chocolate is automatically vegan, because they most often don’t use any milk or milk powder to make the flavor more mild. It doesn’t always say on the chocolate packages that they are vegan though (if it actually doesn’t come from a vegan company). This is because it’s difficult with many rules for a brand to get the vegan label, so they just skip that part. With this being said, check out the chocolates with no “vegan labels” too, to find more vegan chocolate options.

In Sweden we have for instance Lindt, Garant and even some from Ikea that are vegan but doesn’t have the vegan label.

THIS RECIPE IS:

  • Vegan

  • Gluten Free

  • Rich in chocolate

  • Great combination of soft and crunchy

  • Delicious
