Avocado Toast with Parsley, Olive Oil and Sea Salt

Everything in moderation, except for avocado!

Happiness is cutting an avocado and it is perfectly ripped and in the most wonderful green color existing, right? A perfectly ripped avocado only means one thing for me - avocado toast! Avocado toasts are really delicious, and can be eaten for breakfast, lunch, snack or evening snack. There are endless of variations on avocado toasts but today I wanted to show you a delicious version which is very simple to make!

Avocado Toast with Parsley, Olive Oil and Sea Salt

INGREDIENTS:

1 slice of a soft bread, like Greek farm bread

A little bit of olive oil

1/2 big ripped avocado

a few tbsp fresh parsley

Sea Salt or Herb Salt

HOW TO MAKE:

  • Simply roast your bread. Brush on some olive oil on the bread.

  • Elise your avocado and place it on the bread. Garnish with finely chopped parsley and sea salt or herb salt.
