Raw Almond Butter Granola

Keep calm and eat granola.

Granola or muesli is a must for me when making a breakfast bowl. I love it, and definitely the most when the granola is homemade. Granola is in general not difficult to make, but sometimes you can feel bit lazy heating up the oven and needing to wait for it to get warm. That is the reason why I today want to show you a RAW Granola. This means it’s cold, not cooked in any way, more than have being combined together. It’s delicious and a very good quick-fix.

THIS RECIPE IS

Raw Almond Butter Granola

INGREDIENTS

4 dates

1 dl fibre oats

2 dl optional cornflakes

1 tbsp sesame seeds

a pinch of real vanilla powder

3 tbsp raw organic almond butter

1 tbsp vanilla vegan protein (can be excluded)

a pinch of sea salt

HOW TO MAKE IT

  • Blend your dates into a pure with a blender.

  • Mix all ingredients together in a bowl so chunks are created of the almond butter and date pure.

  • DONE! Serve over your breakfast bowl!
