Vanilla Nice Cream Parfait with Blueberry Chia Pudding and Blueberry Sauce

Heaven in jars? Oh yes!

It's Sunday and time to offer you heaven in a jar. I'm talking about these amazing creations I made spontaneoulsy with a few products I had at home. Despite this the results turned out delicious. Well, what are you serving this as? It's either a dessert, a snack (a great snack if you ask me lol) or a really luxurious breakfast... like Sunday breakfast! More precisely this is vanilla ice cream with a berry sauce swirl in a glas together with bluberry chia pudding and sweet salty peanut butter sauce.

Vanilla Nice Cream Parfait with Blueberry Chia Pudding and Blueberry Sauce

INGREDIENTS

Optional kind of vanilla ice cream

3 tbsp organic chia seeds

2 dl organic oat milk

2 tbsp vanilla hemp protein (can be excluded)

A pinch of real vanilla powder

1 dl frozen blueberries

1,5 tbsp peanut butter with salt

1,5 tsp honey or agave syrup


Frozen various blueberries + a little bit of water + sweetening of choice

HOW TO MAKE IT

  • Place the chia seeds in a bowl, jar or a glas together with milk, vanilla and blueberries. Stir and put in fridge for a few hours or overnight until pudding is made.

  • Serve your vanilla ice cream in a glas together with berry sauce you make by heating berries with a splash of water. Stir down some agave syrup (or other sweetening) until your berries are mashed and the combination has become a sauce. Swirl some berries and sauce in layers with your ice cream.

  • Top with your chia pudding, more berries, more berry sauce and top at last with peanut butter sauce you make by mixing peanut butter with agave syrup and possibly a liiiitle bit of water.

  • And serve!
