Autumn is my favorite color.

Autumn season is here and so is Friday! If you are exactly like me on Fridays; tired after working all week but still want that simple, delicious treat in the evening, I got your back! Take advantage of all the wonderful autumn apples we have and create one delicious, simple but fake apple “pie” served in a glas. I love layers on layers desserts, and this one is no exception. You have the crunchiness in the bottom, then a smooth, creamy white vanilla layer and at the top you have warm, caramelized apples. It is simple to make and yet so delicious. Let me share this simple recipe with you all.

This dessert is so simple to make and at the same time…

… there are endless of variations when making this dessert! If you want to have your dessert without refined sugar, no worries, you can use sugar free Digestive crackers or nuts instead in the bottom, use stevia drops for the white cream, and agave syrup for the apples.

If you by any chance don’t have Digestive crackers you can use walnuts, caramelized nuts or even granola.

For the cream, you can use quark, Turkish yoghurt, Greek yoghurt or similar thick yoghurt of optional kind. It doesn’t matter if the yoghurt is traditional, lactose free or even vegan.

For the apples you can use optional butter (vegan, lactose free or traditional) or coconut oil, and when sweetening the apples use agave syrup, maple syrup or even honey.

You get the drill huh? This is simple to make and have endless of variations! Make this dessert so that it suits your preferences, intolerances, diets and allergies.
