Sourdough Toast with Pea Pesto, Avocado and Fresh Basil

INGREDIENTS FOR PEA PESTO

2 dl frozen green peas

1 pressed garlic clove

approx 1 dl olive oil

Fresh basil

Salt & a little bit of pepper

+ Sourdough bread of your choice

HOW TO MAKE IT

  • Mix all ingrediens until creamy. Add more olive oil until it gets the consistency you like. Personally I like it when my pesto is a bit thicker.

  • Serve for instance in a sandwich. This one in the photo is made out of organic sourdough bread, garnished with the green pea pesto, fresh basil, avocado, sesame seeds, pumpkin seeds & sea salt.
