Sweet Chili Shrimp Tacos

Shrimp Tacos are here to stay.

Even if tacos are usually most known for being eaten on Tuesdays, due of “Taco Tuesday”, I whom have grown up in Sweden am used to eating tacos on Fridays. Tacos is a very popular dish in Sweden, and could even be considered one of Sweden’s National dishes. Swedish people love to eat tacos and often have as a tradition to eat it for Fridays no matter if it’s with your family with kids, your partner, friends or even by yourself. Even if the Swedish taco is not similar at all to the Mexican one, I love it. Today I am not sharing the Swedish taco but am making a pescatarian version with shrimps instead and am posting it, of course, on a Friday.

This sweet chili shrimp taco has been made 3 times during the last 3 weeks - that’s how good it is. It’s so refreshing, new and I love the combination of spicy, sweet, sour and lots of freshness. Best Friday taco ever if you ask me!
