Vegan Apple Cake Porridge
An Autumn Apple a Day Keeps the Moody Autumn Moods Away.
I love this autumn season. It has given me so much inspiration for new recipes and I’m so excited to use vibrant colors from vegetables and spices, typically used during autumn, to create wonderful and delicious kitchen stories!
Yesterday I went by my mom’s place to pick some autumn apples from her apple trees in her garden. Her apples are so fantastic. They truly tastes… “real”. I don’t know how to explain it, but her organic and so locally produced apples, which you can pick from the trees yourself, are aromatic, so great in texture and so wonderful to use in various recipes. The other day I made an apple crumble pie with her apples, and today I’m making a delicious apple cake porridge. Let me give you the recipe to you all!
