Vegan Crepes with White and Dark Chocolate

Flip those pancakes and enjoy this great breakfast! Pancake breakfasts are always good, but this one being made into crepes and filled (and garnished) with both dark and white chocolate takes it all just to a whole new level. As if this wasn’t good enough, this recipe is also both gluten free and vegan. No lack in taste though. You better try it to get the best crepe breakfast ever!

Recipe that can be eaten both as crepes and pancakes
Vegan Gluten Free Crepes
INGREDIENTS:
1,5 dL buckwheat flour
1 tbsp potato flour
tsp baking powder
3 dL organic oat milk or other vegan milk
1 tbsp coconut liquid
a pinch of real vanilla powder
a little bit of cinnamon
+ optional cooking fat for frying
HOW TO MAKE
Mix the flour, baking powder, vanilla and cinnamon in a bowl.
Add the milk and coconut oil, and mix with a handwhisk thoroughly. It's important there are no lumps from the flour left.
Heat a frying pan with optional cooking fat (for instance coconut oil) and fry pancakes or crepes as I did.
Serve with melted dark and white chocolate, various chopped nuts and organic banana.
