Simple Vegan Seed Bread Loaf
Nothing says home as the smell of baking.
When the snow is falling from the sky outdoors, I stay home in the heat, turning on the oven and bake myself some nice bread. Sundays are always my “staying-home-day” where baking and cooking often is included. IT is work, but just the “cozy” part of my work. Well anyway, today I therefore wanted to give you this delicious seed bread loaf which is completely vegan!
The most simple bread recipe ever - without fermentation!
In general, the bread is very simple to make. You just combine all ingredients, pour the batter into a bread pan and bake in the oven. You don’t need to wait for it to ferment or make it complicated with temperatures or fermentation times. The oven doess the job!
Is it possible to make the bread gluten free?
You can make the bread gluten free simply by changing the wheat flour to gluten free base flour or possibly buckwheat flour.
