Simple doesn’t mean boring!

Today I want to make it simple - but not boring - for you all. You know I love eating porridge for breakfast, and while many people tend to think porridge is just this grey soggy pudding-kind-of-breakfast, I want to prove you wrong. Even porridge has endless of variations and today I want to give you a version you probably you haven’t tasted before - a maca porridge with organic banana, cacao nibs, coconut flakes, walnut butter and a little spoon of homemade blueberry jam.

So what is maca?

Maca is a vegan and gluten free powder extracted from the Peruvian Maca root. I have written a post about this (and the three other golden powders) here. Check it out to learn lots of new, fun and interesting things about this maca powder.
